The amazing: The customer serviceWhen I first got the light, the hanging hardware was missing, but customer service replaced it very quickly.The light died after four months of use. I wrote to customer service and the very next day I got a resolution and they shipped out a new light with expedited shipping. I would buy from them again because of their product and customer service.The good:The light is very bright and its color is adjustable. The 3000K setting gives out a very pleasant warm color. It uses a 0-10V dimmer mechanism and attaching any old potentiometer to the dimmer terminals will give you very nice dimming. The light will go completely off at the lowest setting. There is a top light which makes for a very nice indirect light component. The company supplies hanging hardware which is elegant and does the job. In my case the hardware was missing, but the company replaced it quickly.The bad:It uses a 0-10V dimmer mechanism, which means that an extra pair of wires are present. For new work this is fine, but for old work, it is likely you don't have scope to draw these two extra wires back from the fixture to the switch.The fixture is on the heavier side and weighs 5.8 lb. The two lights can not be operated or dimmed independently. This is a pity, because with a little more work they could have given us this facility.The disappointing:The light died after less than 4 months of light use. Uplighting is great. The lights seem high quality, especially for the price. The recommended dimmer switches were hard to find so had use a different type. Seem ok but a bit splotchy at lower light levels.

I purchased my baylights 2 years ago,I purchased the 250,200 and the 150 watt dimmable bay lights, my bodyshop has 21 foot in middle down to 14 foot sides, I actually purchased 53 lights, I did have a few start blinking and the employees of hykolity was extremely helpful to warranty my lights. There is no equal value for the price, I have purchased the one from Lowe’s for 260.00 a piece, and I’m very happy with these bay lights and there not a gimmick, they are the real deal on lights, all my friends have purchased for there shops and businesses as well! This review is overall, I am pleased with most of the fixtures and lamps I buy from you. My biggest issue is I have bought a lot over the years. I don't understand why I cant get a better price or the same price directly through you. I find myself buying your product from Amazon instead of your site.
I loved these lights from the moment I opened the box. The crackled glass is beautiful. I love the bronze color. They are a nice heavy weight. Very good quality. Very easy to install. I also love the sensor for the lights to come on at dusk automatically.
The pathway lights ordered and sent are just what we needed to complete our garden lighting. They are a match to what we had and I believe are discontinued at Lowe’s and Home Depot. So glad we found your auction! Thanks!
I bought 6 ufo 300w high bay led lights for my 48’x64’ 13’ ceiling height pole building. I was skeptical that 6 lights were enough. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Super bright, no dark areas. Well made Quality lights.
Seems to work as advertised - simple operation. Only negative I've seen so far is that the plastic grip on the hydraulic control lever was broken, but the splitter still works just fine.
